Anyway, here's my card for this weeks Penny Black Saturday challenge. This week is Love is...and we'd like you to complete the sentence on or inside your card! There's 2 gorgeous prizes to be won this week, a cute teddy stamp from Penny Black Inc and a gorgeous bundle of ribbons from The Ribbon Girl! And if that wasn't enough, we also have the lovely Helen as a Guest Designer for this month, I think she's joined in with every single challenge - even I'm nowhere near that record!

A couple of cards!

Hey peeps! Just a quick post to show you a couple of cards I made yesterday, I would have spread them out but new challenges for both of them are up tomorrow. The first is for the sketch up on the Clean & Simple Stamping blog, I'm not sure I've achieved the clean and simple look but I like it all the same, and did try to keep embellishments to a minimum! The image is so cute, I got a few of them a year or so ago and this is the first time I've used this little chap! I hope you like it!

Supplies-
Images & sentiment - 'Muchas Gracias' by Inkadinkado
Colouring - Copics
Edge - 'Threading Water' Fiskars border punch
Papers - Basic Grey 'Sultry'
Ribbon - stash

And the second card is for this weeks Friday Sketchers sketch, combined with this weeks Mo's Digi Challenge which is 'Anything Goes' so I thought it would be a good chance to air this little cutie! I'm loving this card shape by the way! I'm not too sure why but I bought some 6x6 cards a while ago and I thought they were too flimsy, cut down into a 4x6 though, they're great! Thanks for stopping by and for any comments you may leave me! I'm off to watch a bit of Wimbledon! xx

Supplies-
Image - 'Kimono' by Mo's Digital Pencil
Colouring - Copics
Paper - Paper Mania Capsule Collection
Edge - Fiskars 'Sunburst' border punch

Before I left though, I made this card, it's for this weeks Friday Sketchers sketch - they're having a special blog hop too! I've combined this card with the current Dare u 2 Digi stamp challenge which is Anything Goes, I've used another of these cute Pink Petticoat digi stamps, I've gone over the bird cage with a glitter pen, I'm not too sure if that shows! I'm off to make a couple of DT cards and I've also got 3 family cards to make, I'm not sure why I've left it to the last minute! Thanks for stopping by!

Copic Colour Challenge #63 & Friday Sketchers #100!

Hey crafters! I hope you're all enjoying the week! I'm not feeling too hot today, I was on a course in London yesterday and went to meet some friends who live there, we don't get to meet up that often so it was a bit of a boozy one! It's wednesday though which means there's another lovely colour combination on the Copic Colour Challenge. I've been wanting to make a swinging bird cage card for a while so I thought it would work with this weeks Friday Sketchers sketch. The flowers didn't quite go where they should and I forgot the strips so I added some gems instead! Hopefully I can just get away with it! I hope you can join in with us this week, thanks for dropping in!

Colouring - Copics
Papers - 'Blueberry Hill' by Paper Mania

They're so easy to colour and I've been using up lots of paper scraps. Here's the first which I used this weeks Friday Sketchers sketch on, there's always a good sketch to be found here! I'm off to do a bit of housework now - yuck! Then maybe get a couple more penguin cards made! Thanks for stopping by!

Friday Sketchers #70 & Cat's Corner #9!

Hi again! I hope you've all had a nice weekend! I've done absolutely nothing and loved it! Although I did make this card! It's for the Cat's Corner which is to make a card with an Autumn theme and of course feature a cat, I hope Halloween counts as autumn! It's also for this weeks Friday Sketchers sketch which I've flipped to fit this stamp on. I've used this cute Witches cat from Alota stamps and some of the funky Pink Petticoat Happy Haunting papers which I managed to nab last year before they disappeared! I've tried the technique where the image goes over the edge of the Nestie, except don't have the oval Nesties so I used my Fiskars template! Thanks for looking!

Stamp - 'Cat on Broom' by Alota Stamps
Colouring - Copics
Papers - Pink Petticoat 'Happy Haunting' & Bazill Bling 'Black Tie'
