Truly Scrumptious Challenge #82 - the last one!!

Morning peeps! Cripes, how is it wednesday already?! Love it though! I'm back today with another Truly Scrumptious challenge, and, as the title suggests, it's our very last one! :-( Thanks so much to Michele for running it for us and to everyone who has entered in the last 3 and a half years! The last theme then is Flower Power! And there's a $20 voucher to spend with Simon Says Stamp to be won!
Here's my card, still loving all the red, white and blue! I hope it'll stick around for a bit! I went a bit jazzy with this card and I quite like it! It's a bigger card than I normally make, I think it's 5x7. I hope you like it, and I hope you can join in for our last challenge!

This weeks sponsor is the lovely Krista from Saturated Canary. This is the first time I've used one of these gorgeous images - I don't think it will be the last. I hope you like it, have a great day!

Good morning lovely people! I hope you all had a nice Easter break! I didn't stop the whole time - eating that is! ;-) And seeing friends and family, it was so busy it flew by! I'm here again with a card for this fortnights Truly Scrumptious challenge, this week there is a sketch for you to use, here it is, feel free to flip, rotate etc...

Whiff of Joy is our lovely sponsor this time around!
And here's my card, I decided to flip the piece with the fancy edge as my image covered it all up and I thought it looked cute with the clouds! I haven't used this image for ages but now I'm not sure why, I love these stamps! I guess we just go with the trends but I'm thinking of making a challenge for myself to use old things up on every card, these papers are all from my stash pile too, lets see how I go. I'm probably just thinking of being virtuous now I've just spent a small fortune on this months Die-Namics releases - oops!
Thanks for looking, I hope you can join in!

We're sponsored by the amazing Simon Says Stamp this week with a voucher! Definitely a reason to join us! ;-)
Here's my card using my new lovely stamps and Die-namics (I think I have a slight obsession with MFT, someone may need to stage an intervention!). Truly Scrumptious Challenge #72!

Hello! And welcome again to another Truly Scrumptious challenge! I can't believe we're up to challenge 72!?! This week was Bente's turn to choose a challenge and she's opted for Something Forgotten, dust off the boxes of craft stash at the back of your cupboards and see what's been left there!
We're sponsored by Whiff of Joy for this fortnights challenge and the winner will be able to choose a stamp!

Here's my card! I thought in honour of our sponsor this week, I would dig out a Whiff of Joy stamp, I've got so many lovely ones but, like everyone else I'm sure, older get buried beneath all the new, shiny ones! I'm glad I've brought this back to the surface though as it's a really handy one, although in this card I didn't want to colour the bottle green so now it looks like a bottle of ale chilling!! Whoops! I've glittered the bubbles and ice bucket plaque and added some glossy stuff to the ice cubes, not sure it shows! Thanks for looking, I hope you can join in with us!

And here's the other challenges this is for:
I {heart} 2 Stamp - this sketch -->
Whiff of Joy - Love is in the Air
Basic Grey Challenge - Something New (Memory Box border die)

Truly Scrumptious #71!

Good Morning! This post is for the first Truly Scrumptious challenge of 2012! We've had a little break for the last couple of months so hopefully you'll all be glad we're back and join us for this fortnights challenge! This time around was Anja's turn to pick a theme and she has chosen Shabby Pastels & Paint!
And our sponsor for this challenge is Bunny Zoe Crafts!

Here's my card! At first I struggled with the paint side of the challenge but when I read Shabby Pastels I imediately thought of a baby girl card - not sure why! But it gave me a chance to dig out some neglected stash and make this! I hope you like it, thanks for visiting!

The only paint I own apart from Dulux is a few pots of Twinkling H2o's, hopefully the shimmer shows up in this pic.
This tag came with the papers and the sentiment is an Elzybells one.
Here's the challenge list:
Sketch Saturday - this sketch -
The Shabby Tea Room - this photo inspiration & things with wings - hmm, might have to look closely for my little butterfly! Sorry about that!
Allsorts - New Beginnings
My Mums Craft shop - Something New

Simon Says Stamp - Something New
Top Tip Tuesday - Anything Goes

Truly Scrumptious Challenge #69!

Good morning! I hope you're all well! Another fortnight has been and gone and it's time for another Truly Scrumptious challenge. It was meant to be yesterday but it's not been put up yet, not too sure why but I'm sure it'll be here soon. This time was Mandy's turn to pick, and she's come up with a game of Bingo! Daubers out, here's your playing card:
Just choose a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row and include all those elements on your card! I've chosen the bottom row of Glitter, Punches/die cuts & Ribbon.
This week we are sponsored by Crafty Individuals.
Here's my card. Ive got stuck in a real rut of trying to make quite clean and simple cards so I thought I would force myself to choose a fussier sketch. I really stuggled and its not even that fussy! Oh well, I'm pleased with how it came out!
How beautiful is this deer cutout?! I have Tracy @ Dies To Die For to thank for this as it was in a gorgeous selection of die cuts popped in with my order - I love it!
Another love is this cute little tag! I recently teamed up with Mandi on a Papertrey order to try and spread some of the postage cost (still got stung with customs charges but never mind!) and this was one of the sets I ordered, its sooo cute!
Here's the challenges I'd like to enter this for:
Sketch Saturday - this sketch
Creative Inspiration - Lashings of Sparkle
Papertake - Anything Goes (plus Bling!)
Thanks for looking!
