Ok, final Valentine's card!

Morning! I hope everyone enjoyed stuffing their little tummies with pancakes yesterday! I most certainly did! ;-)
As the title suggests, I've finally decided on a Valentine's card for my husband! One was too pink, one was too sparkly, but in 3 bears fashion, this one is just right! :-) Although I'm thinking of doodling an 'I' on the little heart to read 'Valentine I Love You', thoughts?

Gobble Gobble!

Hello! Well I think its getting dark now but its hard to tell, did the sun even bother today?! I hope you're all warm, dry and safe!
I've been crafting up a storm in my cozy craft room! I've been making my Christmas cards to send to family, I try to make them a little relevant to the recipient - although sometimes I run out of time and just use the best match!! This one is for my brother, a perpetual hater of sprouts! Hee hee!
I was reminded on the Hessian in my stash by Jen at Freshly Made Sketches, I love the stuff! I just cut a little strip, unthreaded a few of the strands and ran in through my Xyron. So mucy easier than gluing it on!
I feel a little mean entering this into a Gobble theme as I'm thinking this will be more 'Gobbled' than 'Gobbling'! Sorry Turkey! ;-) Thanks for visiting! Excuse the dull photos!

Happy Hexagons!

Hello! I've just popped in to show you a card I've just made while watching the Wimbledon final! Come on Murray! Anyway, it's made using some of me new Papertrey goodies including the Happy Hexagon die & Stamp set! I love these and was so excited to get these, I hope I can do them justice as the DT samples were amazing! I've used mostly paper scraps apart from the striped hexagon is one of the stamps. I used the tips from Nichole Heady on her blog about how to place the hexagons in the pattern. Good morning! I hope you all had a lovely weekend! The weather here was so weird, bright sunshine, rain then a blizzard for 2 hours!! Good excuse to saty cozied up in my comfies making cards! One of which I can show you now!

It's a very exciting week this week, all of the Crafters Companion Design Team will be giving you sneaky peaks at their lovely cards everyday leading up to the launch on Friday 9th March on Create & Craft of the new Paintbox Poppets CD Rom, decoupage & stamps! They're really cute! The CD is packed with loads of different images, all different sizes, some pre-matted, some decoupage! Loads!

Plus, to make it that extra bit special, every comment left on any of our sneaky peak posts will be entered into a draw to win a copy of the CD, not just one though, each DT blog will be giving one away! Morning! I'll keep this fairly brief as I'm not feeling too good at the moment - one too many glasses of bubbly at my friends birthday party last night  has left me a bit green and looking at the computer screen is making it worse! : S

I've made this card for Pixie's Crafty Snippet challenge amongst others, I always meant to join in with this when Jules was looking after it and never got around to it but now my snippets and scraps are all organised, there's no excuse! The image was one I coloured up ages ago but didn't use and the papers are all scraps.
