Hello everyone! Happy Saturday! I hope you've had a great week! It's time for more challenges, firstly the Penny Black Saturday challenge which this week is this fantastic sketch by Pauline! The DT obviously loved it as the cards are gorgeous! Carole and Letraset are generously providing the prizes this week and they're fab so be sure to join us!
I loved making my cards this week (not that I ever hate it but sometimes I try to Pigeon hole myself instead of trying to just be creative) and they've come out so differently! My first is a vintagy, traditional style and it's for the following challenges -
Basic Grey Challenge - Things with Wings (this cute wee bird should count I hope!)
Papertake - Autumn Colours
Stamp with Fun - Square Card &
Spoonful of Sugar - Distressing (I've inked all the edges with Distress Ink).
I made the Poinsettia with the large and medium EK Success Daisy punches then cut around the edges with deckled edge scissors in case you were wondering! :-)
Supplies-
Image - from the 'Partridge in a Pear Tree' Clear set by Penny Black
Colouring - stamped in green then gone over with a black fineliner, Copics & Stickles
Papers - Core'dinations & Basic Grey 'Wassail'
Gems - Anita's gem wheel
Raffia - Bunny Zoe Crafts
Ribbon & sentiment (which is actaully gold!) - stash
Other - EK Success 'Daisy punch, Leone Em 'Stamen' punch & Lacy Squares Nestabilities

Now is my card for this weeks Sweet Stop Sketches challenge, and it's time again for a sketch with a spin which means there's stamps to be won! The spin is to Decorate the inside of your card! I always mean to do this but making it takes me so long as it is that I tend to leave it! This card is also for these -
Simon Says Stamp challenge which is Sparkle,
ABC Christmas Challenge - X is for X-mas &
Totally Gorjuss - Not so Traditional Christmas.
Do you see what I mean about the different styles?! I used a lot of the elements from my favourite things card last week and I don't think it'll be the last you see of them! I followed the sketch for the inside too but without all the glitter card and gems, I don't think it would have closed with all that on! Thanks for looking, I hope you have a lovely weekend!
Supplies-
Image - oops, I can't remember, I think it's from My Favourite Things but I've looked and she's not there - sorry!
Colouring - Copics & Stickles
Papers - 'Happy Holidays' by Zoe Pearn @ Sweet Shoppe & glitter card from Create & Craft
Sentiment - Cuddly Buddly
Snowflakes - Dovecraft punch
Gems - PaperMania
Tinsel - stash
