Penny Black Saturday #38!

Morning everyone! Doesn't it feel like Spring at the moment? I love it! Anyway! Thanks for the great response to last weeks Penny Black Saturday challenge! I think you'll like this weeks theme, Something to Eat! The DT have come up with some gorgeous examples - and all different foods too! Our Tracie is offering this weeks prize of these cute Stickeroos but you've got to be in it to win it!

Here's my card and I feel really mean, but they are Peas! Sorry! I thought I'd get started on a couple of Christmas cards here and there so it doesn't feel like as many later on (I have a feeling that with 2 months til my wedding I won't have time to make 50 Christmas cards!) These gorgeous papers were from my prize from Debbie! I didn't want to cut them, they're so yummy! Thanks for looking! Have a great weekend!

I bought this card blank template from The Cutting Cafe and thought I'd try to use it in a challenge today. Then Spoonful of Sugar had the perfect one - Shape Shifters, "We would like to see all different shapes of cards and not the normal square one's we all like to make ;-)" Here's my card using my new owl templates! It's a little different to my normal cards, I think because there's no stamping. Thanks for looking, I hope you like it!

Awards and crafty shopping!

I've had this fab award given to me by my lovely PB team mates Tracie & Domi! Thanks ladies! If you've not yet had this, feel free to grab it just for coming over!

Also, I've had quite a fun day at the Make It show, lots of the stalls were the same as each other but it was still nice to get lots of bits without paying P&P! I felt a bit of a loser eating my little cheese and pickle sandwich from the cafe on my own but it was nice to come and go as I pleased! And it goes without saying I spent a little too much, but in my defense, I have been saving up! Here's my stash - coming soon to a card near you!

Thanks for visiting, I hope you're having a nice weekend!

Penny Black Saturday #37!
