My weekend!

Hello! I hope you all had a nice weekend! I just thought I'd show you how I spent those rainy days - I got started on my wedding invites! I've been tinkering with a design for a few weeks and make a couple of drafts then decided on this one using some Stardream black pocket cards, Stardream silver and Stardream ivory paper all from PDA Card and Craft, they're so good if you need stuff in bulk and the delivery was really fast! I then printed onto the shimmery ivory paper with a Pink Petticoat design. I printed it quarter size so I didn't lose any of the pattern (it also made it the right size to cut out!) I haven't done the inside yet until I know all the details and I still have 30 evening invites to make but they will be the same as this (maybe in landscape) but in a postcard style rather than folding. I also need to make little acceptance cards to go in the pockets. So here is the 50 day invites - I'd love to know what you think, thanks for looking!

Supplies-
All paper & card - PDA Card and Craft supplies
Design - Pink Petticoat 'Flourishes' in Putty from the 'Lolas Boudoir' collection
Ribbon - Ribbon Oasis
Buckles - Ebay (I tried to find the seller as they were such good value but it's been deleted!)
Text - made on the computer with 'Chocolate Box' font
Gems - Create-n-Celebrate

These invites are stunning. Very elegant and stylish. I have made many invites over the last year for friends and family and the wallet design is definately a popular one as it keeps all the info neat and tidy! Love the colours too!

Hi Beth.

I love your invites. I've just finished making some for my son. Made everything from scratch. I made 80 in total, but it's so satisfying when they're all done and look so good.

Love those buckles, they add a touch of luxury.

Hugs Debbie xx
